Direct purchases

Use Creem My Orders to recover your order details and license key. Direct refund requests follow the refund terms shown at checkout. If a refunded license is disabled, connected installations lose access when validation next succeeds.

Mac App Store purchases

Redownload Flicksy from the Purchased list for the Apple Account that bought the app. There is no in-app purchase to restore. Apple processes App Store refund requests through Report a Problem.

No cross-store recovery

A direct key cannot restore an App Store purchase, and an Apple Account cannot restore a direct purchase.
